Each (art)ifact is made to order in our studio, handcrafted just for you. Production generally takes 6 to 8 weeks, though this timeframe may be slightly shorter or longer depending on the intricacies of your design and materials required. Shipping in the US is free on orders over $900. A signature will be required on orders over $400. Rates for international orders are calculated at checkout.
Ethically Sourced
At Nora Sermez ethics are non negotiable. We cast only with fair trade gold, crown our designs in responsibly sourced natural gems or low impact lab diamonds, and finish every piece under the desert hands of master jewelers in Scottsdale. Rings featuring center diamonds over 0.5 CT arrive with full grading dossiers (GIA, GCAL or IGI). The result: conscience clean luxury that blazes with uncompromised brilliance.
All micro diamonds measuring 2.5mm and under are lab grown by default. In the jewelry industry, these small diamonds are often mixed during sourcing; using strictly lab grown stones at this scale ensures consistent ethical traceability. If you prefer natural diamonds for these accents, we’re happy to accommodate. Please email us for a custom upgrade quote. All natural micro diamonds are individually screened in accordance with GIA standards and are significantly more costly due to sourcing and verification.
Care Guide
Our pieces are made to last, crafted in solid gold or platinum, using high quality natural and lab grown stones. They’re designed for daily wear, but like all fine jewelry, they’re not indestructible.
Rings should always be treated with care. Physical impact, especially activities like weightlifting, moving heavy objects, or accidental drops, can bend prongs, loosen stones, or damage settings. Damage from impact is not considered a defect and won’t be covered under any warranty.
Our in house alloys are hypoallergenic. Most of our designs can be worn in the shower, with the exception of opals. Opals are naturally porous and can absorb water, becoming cloudy or translucent, we strongly recommend keeping them dry.
For rings, strictly avoid chlorinated media, swimming pools, hot tubs, household bleach, because chloride ions accelerate galvanic corrosion, pitting the gold alloy and degrading both its surface luster and the structural integrity of prongs.
To keep your ring sparkling, soak it in warm water with a drop of mild dish soap once or twice a month. Gently brush around and underneath the stone with a soft toothbrush, rinse, and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
You may also use an at home ultrasonic cleaner but only for designs without opals, emeralds, or delicate prong settings, and never if your ring has sustained any impact. When in doubt, hand cleaning is always safest.
Please note: body oils, lotions, and soap residue can cause gemstones to appear cloudy over time. This is easily cleaned with the method above.

The first time i saw the puffy heart fire child ring I knew she was the one! How i knew for sure? Every ring I looked at (online and in person) just could not compare to the beauty this ring is. I kept coming back to this ring, its just so perfect in every way. The moissanite center is incredible with its firey bursts of rainbows, the beautiful and romantic puffy heart sides, the gorgeous pink sapphires, peridot and aquamarine swirled in together with the lovely yellow gold just brings me to an ethereal romantic fairtytale vibe that i cannot get enough of. I got this as a gift for my husband and i’s 10th wedding anniversary.
My first ring was from a pawn shop, but was stolen years later and ever since then I’ve had a hand full of cheap pawn shop rings. This time around we decided that with our 10 years coming up, I should get a ring that was my own.

This ring was quite literally made for me. I was a little concerned because I don't wear rings due to having stubby fingers, but it fits like a dream. I love that I can stack them in different combinations, and they look great together or on their own. I upgraded the center stone for an amethyst, and I'm so happy I did. The purple is so bright and saturated unlike a lot of amethysts I've purchased before. I love art deco, and have a strong connection to the ocean I couldn't have found a more perfect ring.

I try to treat myself to one of Nora's artful jewelry pieces each year, and this year I was lucky enough to ad the fire child to my collection. I’d say my experience was overall good, however the payment confirmation email stating if multiple inquiries were made about your purchase, you would cancel the order, seems harsh. I think a good solution for customers that would give them some peace of mind would be to add some sort of “progress indicator/bar” for example, “in progress - stone setting - quality assurance check. Etc. I think this would give the customer less chances to over-email
Other than that would purchase from Nora again!
