Most of our items are made to order at our studio, handcrafted especially for you with your size. These items require 4 to 6 weeks of production time. A purchase confirmation will be sent to you via email or text soon as the order is placed. A second email with tracking information will be sent when your piece has completed production and your package is ready to be shipped. Free shipping in the US takes about 3 to 6 business days. Shipment time to Canada and International countries is about 2 to 5 days via UPS.
Any items marked as 'in stock & ready to ship' are estimated to ship within 7 days.
What is your warranty?
Our team is composed of master jewelers, we stand behind our creations and we are committed to excellence. This is why we offer a lifetime warranty on any diamond bridal pieces. In the event that any gold breakage should occur, the piece will be repaired or replaced with the same design. This warranty does not cover damage as a result of abuse, misuse, loss or theft. In the unlikely event a diamond or gemstone is broken due to negligence we will offer a fair price to have it replaced.
Styles priced at $298 and under include a one year warranty on the gold manufacturing. If you'd like to extend the warranty you can add our Protected Gold™ warranty.
All bridal items require a signature on delivery. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the postal carrier will leave a note to have you choose another delivery time or have you pick up the package at your nearest post office.
Tell me about your sustainability practices.
We use fair trade gold and ethically sourced materials to make our own alloys and control the entire production process at our studio. All diamonds are sourced through Kimberley Process Certification approved channels. A process ensuring that diamonds are conflict-free.
Additionally, we work with gemstones that originate from mines that actively promote socially responsible practices, have taken steps to minimize their environmental footprint, and contribute to social projects. We can and only choose to work with suppliers that share these values.
Nora has personally invested in earth-ai.com. An organization that is building their own mines as well as cutting edge technology that is designed to limit the impact mining has on the environment.
Do you have a shop we can visit?
We operate and ship your pieces entirely out of our studio in Scottsdale. We have not invested in physical retail locations as an effort to maintain a small footprint and offer you fair prices without the traditional 8x retail markup. We sell directly to you and maintain focus on sustainability, artistry and excellence in craftsmanship.

Complimentary GIA grading for Natural Center Stone Diamonds:
Orders that have chosen a clear natural diamond center stone will arrive with a complimentary GIA certification for the center diamond.
What if I want a natural colored gemstone piece or fancy colored diamond piece to be certified?
If you wish to certify a gemstone for your personal records or for any other reasons we recommend to visit your local gemologist for a full report. Pieces set with natural color diamonds such as icy or salt and pepper diamonds can be analyzed by your local gemologist. Pieces set with natural colored gemstones can also be analyzed by your local gemologist. A gemologists fee's vary by location and expertise.

Can I upgrade to 18K Gold?
To upgrade to 18K Gold, contact us with the name of the ring, size, gold color and we'll send you a custom invoice to place the order through our website. There is a fee in addition to the regular price of the item. The fee will vary based on the ring.
How do I know my ring size?
There are a few different ways to determine your ring size. Your ring size also depends on how tight or loose you like to wear your jewelry. Our fingers get a bit bigger in hot weather and smaller in cold weather, so you also may want to also keep your environment in mind. For the easiest way to figure out your ring size at home, we recommend checking out this helpful website: Find My Ring Size.
Can I wear my jewelry in the shower?
Yes. All of our pieces are made to last lifetimes in solid gold. We ask that you take precautions with pieces that contain small opals as they are more delicate in nature and can absorb water. Please note if you insist to wear gemstone rings in the shower they will naturally build up a soap and oil layer that needs to be cleaned from time to time to remove any gem fogginess that may occur.
Can you make this product in white or rose gold?
Charms only come in 14K yellow gold due to an insignificant demand on casting these alloys. Some rings can be customized, contact us for more details.
What if I got the wrong ring size?
There is a one time $150 fee to resize the ring at our studio, this includes prepaid back and forth insured shipping costs if the order was placed in the US. International orders may be subject to a higher rate.
Can I change my ring size after my order is placed?
Please be sure of your size before ordering. We cannot accommodate size changes after an order is placed and goes into production. If you still want to change your size we can hold your ring once it is completed the handcrafting process to take it through a final resizing, the fee will be $150.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, you can make payments through ShopPay and Klarna. Once you get to the 'payment' section when you've reached checkout, you can choose to pay either one.
Where are the pieces made?
All of our pieces are handcrafted in solid gold from beginning to end by master jewelers at our studio in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Do your orders come with a Certificate of Authenticity?
Any individual items over $998 will receive a certificate of authenticity from our team.
How do I keep my ring sparkling?
We recommend taking off your ring during physical activity and when you sleep. Once or twice a month, place your ring in warm water with a little dish detergent and let soak for a 40 minutes. Gently brush with a baby tooth brush around and underneath the stone setting. Rinse in warm water and dab dry with a soft cloth. This will keep it always looking new.
Do you sell rings without the stone?
No. We do not sell incomplete designs without the stones set. We do not accept stones outside of our supply standards. All of our center stone diamonds are sourced with conflict free, traceable origins and graded by GIA.
How durable is my ring?
Our jewelry is handcrafted in solid gold and made to last lifetimes. The design of our rings is guided by optimal durability principles to inform the final aesthetic. The gemstone durability of a ring depends on the hardness of the precious stone used and how it's worn and treated. Moonstones and Opals for instance are 6-6.5 Mohs, which requires more attention when doing physical activity.
Can I change the gemstone in an existing style?
We have access to all kinds of diamonds and gemstones. Let us know what you have in mind and we'd be happy to try and accommodate. All custom orders are charged a one time custom fee of $150 plus the difference in the cost of the new gem. If you wish to change out the gem for an existing style please email us with "custom request" in the subject line along with your budget and desired ring style.
Can you create a new design?
Email us with your requirements for any bespoke or engagement pieces. Please include your budget and to help us provide the best options for you. Kindly note the minimum fee is $9,000 for a completely new custom design plus the cost of the selected gemstone as this process requires several steps of iteration and dedicated artistry throughout the development cycle of the ring.
Can all your rings be used as Engagement Rings?
Every piece was made with Engagement and Bridal in mind, but also to be that perfect gift for yourself or a loved one for any occasion. If your heart desires a Moonstone or Opal engagement ring, we recommend you take additional precaution as they are slightly more delicate than Diamond or Sapphire center stones.
Do you ship outside of the United States and Canada?
Yes, we ship globally. Prices at checkout do not include all applicable taxes that may be charged by the country where the transaction was originated. All duties or additional taxes charged are the responsibility of the buyer and will be due at the time of delivery.
What ring sizes do you offer?
We offer twelve full and half sizes from Sizes 3 to Size 9 for most ring styles. Styles that can exceed Size 9 without compromising the structural integrity of the ring include thick band styles like Rose Burst Band, Anthropology Band, Andromeda and Eternity Band. These styles are charged a $400 and up fee depending on the design to recreate the ring in a bigger size and cover the cost of added gold. This fee may vary based on the ring. Feel free to reach out to us directly using the contact form with the style of the ring included to receive an invoice for these styles.
Can I place a rush order?
Rush orders accepted on a case by case basis and are charged a one time fee of $800 or more depending on the design. This fee includes UPS overnight shipping. Please note this option may not be available during the holiday season due to high demand.
What is your repair policy?
We welcome repairs. Please subscribe to our warranty for free gold repairs.
We want you to enjoy your Nora Sermez designs for years to come. Should your piece ever need servicing, you can entrust our specialists with repairing it to preserve its beauty and longevity. Simply mail the item directly to our service center, to begin contact us for a repair request form.
Upon receipt, our jewelers will evaluate the item. The evaluation may take up to two weeks, after which we will contact you to discuss any service fees. We take into consideration time owned as well as condition received when evaluating a piece.
If you damaged your gemstone it will be replaced with the same one from your original order. The inside of the prong settings can't be changed to fit a new stone. We are unable to upgrade your original order with a stone already set. We are not responsible for broken stones but we will offer a fair price to have them replaced. Shipping charges and applicable duties and taxes will be your responsibility.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Our pieces are made to order individually just for you. This production process takes 4 to 6 weeks at our studio. This time can never be reversed once the handcrafted process starts. It costs a lot of money to start making your order. For these reasons we don't accept returns. All items are inspected prior to shipment to meet our highest standards and arrive in perfect condition.
We take great pride and care in each piece we handcraft from scratch, beginning to end. In the extremely unlikely event that there is an issue with your jewelry please contact us as soon as possible. Please be sure to read our FAQs and care instructions before placing an order.
Pieces marked as "in stock" via your purchase confirmation may be returned for a 20% restocking fee.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
The request can be accepted up to a week after the order is placed. If you are uncertain of where you'd like to receive the package, let us know in advance, our team will make a note to contact you soon as the ring is ready for shipment. Please contact us to update your shipping address.
