Tell me about shipping and production time.
Any items marked as 'in stock & ready to ship' will be shipped within 2 business days.
Most of our items are made to order at our studio, handcrafted especially for you with your size. These items require 3 to 4 weeks of production time. A purchase confirmation will be sent to you via email or text soon as the order is placed. And second email with tracking information will be sent when your piece has completed production and your package is ready to be shipped. Free shipping in the US takes about 3 business days. Shipment time to Canada and International countries will be calculated at checkout.
What is your warranty on bridal rings?
Our team is composed of master jewelers, we stand behind our creations and we are committed to excellence. This is why we offer a lifetime warranty. In the event that any breakage due to defects in the gold material or the crafting process should occur - the piece will be repaired or replaced with the same design. This warranty does not cover damage as a result of abuse, misuse, loss or theft. In the event a diamond or gemstone is broken due to negligence we will offer a fair price to have it replaced.

Can I upgrade to 18K Gold?
Absolutely. To upgrade to 18K Gold, there is a $300 flat fee in addition to the regular price of the item. Contact us with the name of the ring, size, gold color and we'll send you a custom invoice to place the order through our website.
How do I know my ring size?
There are a few different ways to determine your ring size. Your ring size also depends on how tight or loose you like to wear your jewelry. Our fingers get a bit bigger in hot weather and smaller in cold weather, so you also may want to also keep your environment in mind! For the easiest way to figure out your ring size at home, we recommend checking out this helpful website: Find My Ring Size.
What if I got the wrong ring size?
We understand that sizing can be tricky, we offer complimentary resizing on bridal pieces and items over $400. For all other pieces, there is a one time $60 fee to resize the ring at our studio, this includes back and forth shipping costs if the order was placed in the US. International orders may be subject to a higher rate. To save you time and shipping costs - we also recommend to take the ring to any local jeweler for a resizing, it's a fairly quick process that most trained jewelers can complete within a couple days.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, you can make payments through our partners Affirm and Klarna. Once you get to the 'payment' section when you've reached checkout, you can choose to pay either one.
Where are the pieces made?
All of our pieces are handcrafted in 14K or 18K solid gold by master jewelers at our Scottsdale studio.
How do I keep my ring sparkling?
We use Fine Gold and a combination of diamonds and precious gemstones which are delicate in nature - we recommend taking off your ring during physical activity and when you sleep. Once or twice a month, place your ring in warm water with very little non-detergent soap and let soak for a 2-3 minutes. Gently brush with a baby tooth brush around and underneath the stone setting. Rinse in warm water and dab dry with a soft cloth. This will keep it always looking new.
How durable is my ring?
All pieces are finely crafted and made to last. The durability of a ring largely depends on the hardness of the precious stone used. Moonstones for instance are 6-6.5 Mohs, which requires more delicacy. To learn more visit GIA.
Am I able to change out one gem for another in any setting?
We have access to all kinds of diamonds and gemstones. Let us know what you have in mind and we'd be happy to try and accommodate. All custom orders are charged a one time custom fee of $150 plus the difference in the cost of the new gem.
Do you take custom orders?
Email us with your requirements for any bespoke or engagement pieces. Please include your budget and to help us provide the best options for you. Kindly note that the minimum fee is $3,500 for a custom design.
Can all your rings be used as Engagement Rings?
Absolutely! Every piece was made with Engagement and Bridal in mind, but also to be that perfect gift for yourself or a loved one for any occasion. If your heart desires a Moonstone or Opal engagement ring, we recommend you take additional precaution as they are slightly more delicate than Diamond or Sapphire center stones. Have fun, dare to be bold and be different.
Do you ship outside of the United States and Canada?
Yes, we ship globally. Prices at checkout do not include all applicable taxes that may be charged by the country where the transaction was originated. All duties or additional taxes charged are the responsibility of the buyer and will be due at the time of delivery.
Are there items 'in stock' and ready to ship?
Yes, some items marked as 'in stock & ready to ship' are ready to ship without the waiting period. They will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
What ring sizes do you offer?
We offer full and half sizes from Size 4 to Size 9. We want everyone to find the perfect fit, if you are looking for something smaller or bigger, feel free to reach out to us directly using the contact form and we'd be happy to accommodate your request. Sizes over 9 are charged a one time flat fee of $150 to recreate the model in a bigger size and cover the cost of added gold. This fee may vary based on the model.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Even though every item is made to order, we want to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase. All regular priced items can be returned for a refund with within 7 days of the customer receiving their item(s). Since each piece is individually handcrafted to order, all returns or order cancellations will incur a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued once we've receive the item and may take 3 - 5 business days to process.
If you need to cancel an order you must contact us within 4 hours of when you placed the order. Many pieces are custom made and once production begins they cannot be cancelled without incurring a restocking fee.
