Each item comes with a one-year free limited warranty under our Protected Gold™ program, covering the gold manufacturing.
Our pieces are individually made to order, a process that takes 4 to 6 weeks in our studio. Once the handcrafted process begins, it cannot be reversed. Due to the significant costs involved in creating your order, we do not accept returns. Every item is thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our highest standards and arrives in perfect condition.
We take great pride and care in each piece we handcraft from start to finish. In the extremely unlikely event that there is an issue with your jewelry, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Any emergency cancellation will incur a 20% or more restocking fee (depending on weeks of progress) as production begins soon as the order is placed.
Pieces marked as "in stock" via your purchase confirmation may be returned for a 10% restocking fee.
Sermez Inc is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Sermez Inc does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled or a insufficient address is supplied. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Sermez Inc’s sole discretion.
All international sales are final and no returns are permitted. Customer is responsible for any applicable tax and duties.
What is your repair policy?
We welcome repairs. We want you to enjoy your Nora Sermez designs for years to come. Should your piece ever need servicing, you can entrust our specialists with repairing it to preserve its beauty and longevity. If your item is no longer under warranty you may purchase a standard repair here. In order to service your item, it must have been purchased through our store and have an order number.
Upon receipt, our jewelers will evaluate the item. The evaluation may take up to two weeks. We take into consideration time owned as well as condition received when evaluating a piece.
If you damaged your gemstone it will be replaced with the same one from your original order. We will not upgrade your original order. We are not responsible for broken stones or broken chains due to accidental damage but we will offer a fair price to have them replaced.
Shipping charges and applicable duties and taxes will be your responsibility.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
The request can be accepted up to a week after the order is placed. If you are uncertain of where you'd like to receive the package, let us know in advance, our team will make a note to contact you soon as the ring is ready for shipment. Please contact us to update your shipping address.
