WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Even though every item is made to order, we want to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase. All regular priced items can be returned for a refund with within 7 days of the customer receiving their item(s). Since each piece is individually handcrafted to order, all returns or order cancellations will incur a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued once we've receive the item and may take 3 business days to process.

Many pieces are custom made and once production begins they cannot be cancelled without incurring a the 20% restocking fee.

All customizations, modifications, upgrades to existing styles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any donation based items or discounted items above 10% are also final sale. Custom sized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange. International, promotional (sale items) and rush orders are final sale.

If you have a ring size change request it must be requested within 5 hours from the time the order was placed. If your request is received past the 5 hour period you will be charged a fee.

Any emergency cancellation will incur a 20% restocking fee as production begins soon as the order is placed.

WHAT IS YOUR REPAIR POLICY?

We welcome repairs. Contact us for more information and a quote if you need to submit an item for repair. Please note due to the natural state of gold as a soft metal, you can expect some scratches and bending to the gold due to normal wear. We reserve the right to decline any unreasonable repair request. Pieces that have been altered outside of our studio are void of any repairs.

Bridal pieces have a limited lifetime warranty. Should any breakage of metal occur, we will have them replaced for free. We are not responsible for broken stones but we will offer a fair price to have them replaced. 

Any rings priced under $1,000 have a one year warranty that comes with free repairs if needed. After this period, repairs will require payment.
