Please subscribe to our Protected Gold warranty for free gold repairs.

Our pieces are made to order individually just for you. This production process takes 4 to 6 weeks at our studio. This time can never be reversed once the handcrafted process starts. It costs a lot of money to start making your order. For these reasons we don't accept returns. All items are inspected prior to shipment to meet our highest standards and arrive in perfect condition. Please be sure to read our FAQs and care instructions before placing an order. We take great pride and care in each piece we handcraft from scratch, beginning to end.

Any emergency cancellation will incur a 20% or more restocking fee (depending on weeks of progress) as production begins soon as the order is placed.

Pieces marked as "in stock" via your purchase confirmation may be returned for a 20% restocking fee.

The recipient must make all claims in the rare event that a package is lost or damaged in transit. Sermez Inc is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Sermez Inc does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled or a insufficient address is supplied. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Sermez Inc’s sole discretion.

All international sales are final and no returns are permitted. Customer is responsible for any applicable tax and duties.

What is your repair policy? 

We welcome repairs. We also offer an optional repair warranty you can purchase for gold repairs through Protected Gold Contact us for more information and a quote if you need to submit an item for repair. Please note due to the natural state of gold as a soft metal, you can expect some scratches and bending to the gold due to normal wear. We reserve the right to decline any unreasonable repair request. Pieces that have been altered outside of our studio are void of any repairs.

Bridal pieces are also offered with a limited lifetime warranty offer. Should any breakage of metal occur, we will have them replaced for free. We are not responsible for broken stones but we will offer a fair price to have them replaced.

Can I change my address after placing an order?

The request can be accepted up to a week after the order is placed. If you are uncertain of where you'd like to receive the package, let us know in advance, our team will make a note to contact you soon as the ring is ready for shipment. Please contact us to update your shipping address.
