This discount code cannot be applied retroactivity to existing orders or existing rush orders. Quantities are limited and may be "sold out" at anytime. Black Friday Sale excludes gem customizations, upgrades or customization requests on existing designs.
Everything is handcrafted just for you. It goes through a meticulous design process from casting to stone setting to hand texturing, polishing and set inside our adorable pink Box of Dreams or Daydream Pouch. All created from beginning to end at our studio in Scottsdale, Arizona.
All items begin ‘production status’ soon as the order is placed. All orders placed up to November 19th are scheduled to arrive before Christmas: You can expect your (Art)ifact to be completed and a tracking number to be sent via email between December 10th to December 20th. Our team will ship the package with a method that is expected to arrive before Christmas. The sooner you've ordered, the sooner it may be sent.
Do you offer any financing options?
Yes, you can make payments through our partners Affirm, ShopPay and Klarna. Once you get to the 'Payment' section when you've reached checkout on our website, you can choose to pay either one.
How long does shipping take?
Why didn’t I receive any order confirmation?
If you didn’t enter any email address (or made a typo) on checkout, you may have not received your confirmation email. Please don’t worry, we will resend it you as soon as possible if you've let us know. Rest assured your order is still in progress if you can see a charge on your card from our store.
I ordered the wrong size, can you resize my ring?
There is a one time $100 fee to resize the ring at our studio, this includes back and forth shipping costs if the order was placed in the US. International orders may be subject to a higher rate. To save you time and shipping costs - we also recommend to take the ring to any local jeweler for a resizing, it's a fairly quick process that most trained jewelers can complete within a couple days.

Can I place a custom order?
We can change out most gems on existing styles. The price for this process is the difference in cost of the new gem if it’s pricer, plus a flat $150 fee for recreating the ring in a new setting.
Our focus at this time is on producing and shipping your beautiful jewelry. We do not offer gift wrapping services but rest assured our packaging is already very pretty to give as a gift as is.
Can I place a rush order?
At this time we are doing our best to deliver on all orders in a timely manner.
Email us as soon as possible with your dates and addresses so we may arrange to have the package delivered within those specific dates, as most packages over $300 will require a signature on delivery.
