The theme (and discount code) of this years Black Friday Sale is "STARRYNIGHTS". An ode to the most loved painting in the world. A beautiful starry sky by Vincent Van Gogh.

Van Gogh created his masterpiece in 1889 during his stay at the asylum of Saint-Paul located in the south of France. While most paintings depict stars as tiny little dots, Van Gogh decided to make his stars into swirls of massive, mesmerizing, glowing lights. He literally found beauty in the madness of his declining mental state.

Much like the situation the extraordinary artist found himself in, the holidays can be seen in a similar, joyful yet polarizing light; so this year I want to take a little stress off of everyone and get this party started early, so we can get all your beautiful presents to you on time for Christmas.

The Fine Print:

Items with promotional pricing will not need a discount code.

This discount code cannot be applied retroactivity to existing orders or existing rush orders. Quantities are limited and may be "sold out" at anytime. Black Friday Sale excludes gem customizations, upgrades or customization requests on existing designs.

Our regular 10% newsletter discount code can't be used at this time. Pieces marked as ‘in stock’ will ship within 7 business days. 

Orders arriving after November 19th will be completed on a first come first serve basis until our studio shuts down for the holidays and will continue once we return. We can’t guarantee your order will arrive on time for Christmas after this date. Our studio will be closed for the holidays between December 23rd to January 7th. These orders will be shipped in the new year starting January 20th. All discounted sales are final, however we still offer a lifetime a warranty on all diamond bridal pieces and our repair policy is still available for discounted orders.

What is the status of my order?
Everything is handcrafted just for you. It goes through a meticulous design process from casting to stone setting to hand texturing, polishing and set inside our adorable pink Box of Dreams or Daydream Pouch. All created from beginning to end at our studio in Scottsdale, Arizona.

All items begin ‘production status’ soon as the order is placed. All orders placed up to November 19th are scheduled to arrive before Christmas: You can expect your (Art)ifact to be completed and a tracking number to be sent via email between December 10th to December 20th. Our team will ship the package with a method that is expected to arrive before Christmas. The sooner you've ordered, the sooner it may be sent.

Why isn't my USPS/UPS tracking info being updated?
Please allow 3 business days to show updated tracking information as we process your order.

Do you offer any financing options?

Yes, you can make payments through our partners Affirm, ShopPay and Klarna. Once you get to the 'Payment' section when you've reached checkout on our website, you can choose to pay either one.

Can I get a half size in items listed with only whole sizes?
At this time items listed in whole sizes will not be offered in half sizes.

Can I get a rose or white gold in items listed with only yellow gold?
At this time promotional items listed in yellow gold will not be offered in alternative metals. Bridal items over $1,000 are the only exception.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping in the US takes about 3-4 days. This comes after the production process (lead time) when the piece is ready to ship. International shipping time is 2 to 4 days via UPS. 

Why didn’t I receive any order confirmation?

If you didn’t enter any email address (or made a typo) on checkout, you may have not received your confirmation email. Please don’t worry, we will resend it you as soon as possible if you've let us know. Rest assured your order is still in progress if you can see a charge on your card from our store.

I ordered the wrong size, can you resize my ring?
There is a one time $100 fee to resize the ring at our studio, this includes back and forth shipping costs if the order was placed in the US. International orders may be subject to a higher rate. To save you time and shipping costs - we also recommend to take the ring to any local jeweler for a resizing, it's a fairly quick process that most trained jewelers can complete within a couple days.

Can I place a custom order?
We can change out most gems on existing styles. The price for this process is the difference in cost of the new gem if it’s pricer, plus a flat $150 fee for recreating the ring in a new setting.

How will my order be packaged?
All orders over $500 will be shipped inside our pink Box of Dreams. Orders under $500 will be shipped inside our adorable travel size Daydream pouch. If you order more than one item that equals over $500 you will get the Pink Box of Dreams.

Can you gift wrap my piece?
Our focus at this time is on producing and shipping your beautiful jewelry. We do not offer gift wrapping services but rest assured our packaging is already very pretty to give as a gift as is. 

Can I place a rush order?
At this time we are doing our best to deliver on all orders in a timely manner.

Can I change my shipping address?

Email us as soon as possible with your dates and addresses so we may arrange to have the package delivered within those specific dates, as most packages over $300 will require a signature on delivery.
